Jus finished the China version of Tian Long Ba Bu... Merits: Many babes, large fighting scenes. But the flow seemed quite slow (thou it actually only 40 eps compared to HK 45 eps) & boring many times..
Althou the China Version has a much bigger budget & wider range of actors to choose frm, just somehow find it not as good as the HK version. Anyone watched the HK version by Felix Wong & Carmen Lee.
IÂ’m rely intrigued by how TVB always seem to make extremely enjoyable Jin Yong wu-xia with limited budget. ItÂ’s like TVB versions of JY remakes are the best compared to China, Taiwan & gosh Singapore.
Anyone remembered The Legend of Condor Heroes (LOCH) & Return of Condor Heroes (ROCH) of the 80s. The support casts, especially, were the best till even today

Huang Yao Shi--- Kenneth Tsang
Ouyang FUng--- ???
In fact, the 4 exponents plus Zhou Botong were like superbly portrayed by those veterans. The China version ( Li Yapeng & Zhou xun) has other merits but the supporting casts were nothing in comparisons.
