  i go into the sign up for premier member..is say i pay a diff amount from the 9.99..is everybody all got diff amount to pay??

  no lah, i mean the max is 9.99, but from the page i see for me is lesser then 9.99 lea...so i was wondering, how the $$ is counted lor..or all ppl when sign up is less then 9.99....
