Pc problem

Can anyone help? when i restart my pc a black screen will appear n it will say sorry for inconvenience...microsoft has detected some errors or sudden shutdown... me go to last known good configuration and have to choose to restart my pc normally or in safe mode....some of the leters cant be seen also..this will happen whenever i start the pc n the screen will not come out only after restarting a few times.... Can someone pls help me?

boot up in "Safe Mode" and do a system restore to the last previous good configurations

os corrupted? get your os disc to do the repair...?

hmm i tried to do system restore using normal mode but the last few restore points i chose cannot be restored back to that date...erm using safe mode to do dat will be able to restore issit?
