This happened a few hours ago no joke

I had a dream when i ws sleeping a few hours ago. In it i saw a girl i knew having a demonic possession and the whole scene looked like something out from the movie The Exorcist and some parts of Constantine. The scary part is that it was calling me and taunting me. When i woke up i had a funny throbbing feeling in my stomach like something is gonna break out and my whole face hurt. When i went out in the sunlight i felt i could not take the heat.
Am i being possesed because according to an exorcism website, these are tell tale signs of a mild demonic possesion which means something ahead already "caught" u but staying dormant in your body. I didnt make up this story and it is true but do u uys think it is co incidence , the dream and the physical effects?? Then why is it the signs and symptoms match up to the exorcism theories? -

personally, i do believe there's another world, but not in this way...there usually is a much simpler explanation for all this...stress? i've gotten quite a few nightmares myself before, buit none as serious as yours...

i read that some dreams are simply the result of what we are thinking when we are awake, whereas there are indeed dreams which do hav supra mundane significance, but i suppose the latter does not happen often. i dont know how to tell which kind of dream.

Regarding your own situation, not to worry. Even if it is indeed some form of intrusion/attachment/possession, there are many things you can do, at any point, to help yourself and to resolve the situation. You are in *no* grave danger or permanent difficulty, trust me and relax. Education on these matters is the best policy.
