My personal list of 'chio' babes

Sorry if this offends, but I really don't intend it to cause any offence; rather, I intend for it only to provoke reflection.
Here's my (partial) list of 'babes' (which doesn't follow any particular order):
1) Mother Teresa
2) St Therese of Lisieux
3) St Teresa of Avila
4) The Virgin Mary (the one whom the ecumenical Council of Ephesus, dubbed 'Theotokos' or 'the Mother of God')
5) St Catherine of Siena
6) Monica (mother of St Augustine, one of the greatest Christian thinkers of all time)
7) St Mary Magdalene (a former prostitute, and yet the one to whom the Risen Christ first showed Himself, and one whom the Catholic Church now venerates as one of its greatest saints)
St Edith Stein (a Jewess, a convert from Judaism and a martyr at Auschwitz)
Seriously, 'Bollywood babes' 'Hollywood babes' 'Sg babes', all the 'Suns' (whether Stefanie or someone else) and all the Fionas have nothing, absolutely nothing on any of the persons on my list.

A 'babe' is simply a woman whom one takes to be beautiful, correct?
I don't deny that there are uses of 'babe' which can be derogatory; but the term itself needn't be supposed to have a derogatory connotation.
Taking, then, the term 'babe' in the aforesaid sense, I was merely expressing my view as to the women who really deserved to be acclaimed as 'babes'.
I didn't intend anything disrespectful; on the contrary, I feel that there are times when it pays to make a point, by using some of the characteristic idioms of the age in which we live.
It was my attempt at communicating. -
