Help!!

  I just upgraded my computer and reformatted my drive. Now everytime when I start my computer, there will be one popup coming out. And it really lags my internet connection. Is it some kind of virus since I havenÂ’t download all the updates? If yes can someone tell me where can I get the removal tool for it?
