Where to have lunch? Recommendation please

  Hi everyone,
  
  I am looking for a place to have lunch. Any recommendation?
  
  It must be:
  1. cheap. Not more than $10 per person
  2. easy to access by public transport. Coz the pathetic me don't have a car.
  3. delicious. of course - it overrules all the above if not nice.
