make up or no make up?

can look great without make-up... but look fabulous with make-up...
so, its oni enhancement to the face... need not make u look different, but at least go learn some skills first before u apply otherwise the above statement wil no longer be valid...

hmm my friends all dont wear makeup, except one girl puts mascara.
i know my mum told me her colleague went to uni. then her friend had a pimple, so she put foundation. then it got worse. so she put more. then even worse! so she dump even more! -
