  heyo, help somebody can help me out with this:
  
  In classifieds, HDB flats are usually stated as "4NG", or "4" or "3NG", "3", "3I" "5I", "5", "5S" amongst others.
  
  while the number can be said to be the number of rooms, what does the alphabetic suffix represent ?
