  Oh..... you have to walk in from the half complete road beside NTUC. There's a small entrance for construction workers working at The Sail and ammenities for the future New Downtown.
  
  There'll be a small dirt track. This leads to the promontory.
  
  OR, go from Marina Bay MRT....

  The half complete road is Marina Boulevard, correct? Has the construction of Central Boulevard started?
  
  You mean have to enter the small entrance to get there?
