Does Life in Singapore Feel Empty?

Everyday , i go come back from my daily activities , and log into sgforum
and see my own room
Life here, feels like im doing the same thing everyday.
I envy people living in United States , must be really having one hell of a good time with pool side parties , barbeques , even when it comes to natural rainforests , they can do trekking and go to any bikini beach to enjoy , or fly around to Hawaii .sipping lemonades in resorts , skydiving , wind surfing , enjoying extreme sports , massages...
Orchard road , been there before , Sentosa , also same thing.
Nothing new to see.
I feel like im not living , but im doing a routine work.
Im breathing but i feel like im like a zombie. -

Have you been to US before and tried living there? If not, you can't assume that we are all out partying everyday..and too much of that can get boring as well
I remember someone told me before, If you think your life is boring, then you are boring. Meaning, if you are resourceful enuff, there are always other ways to have fun, doesn't mean you have to go to parties, have to do extreme sports, etc.
It is just about doing something that you like and enjoy. As simple as that. -
I am now in the US for about 10 years. Once u migrate, u wont look back.

For me, mainly because there's no season change and no natural renewal. I don't like it here. People-wise, it's the same.
I would want to go back and stay overseas if I can help it. There's nothing to stay for in Singapore. -

One more important factor is the people. Here in the US comparing to Singapore, It is vastly different mindset and thinking.

The Lion city feels more like the city of the living dead to me.
Given a chance to migrate i would not have hesitate
singapore is a living time bomb waiting to go off.
If someone could do an accurate happiness rating survey , singapore would be one of the lowest in the globe. The people in sg are nothing but stressed out. Yep some people might say your life is what you made it to be but then there is only so much u can exploit from what is avaliable which is very limited.
Even maids get beaten to death here or vice versa, we are rapidly deteoriating on the inside. The truth is whatever people might say frm their mouth, 90% would leave here should the chance presented themselves. -
