that multi storey carpark should install security cameras?.. cos my boyfriend's bike some parts was stolen.. like the pillion seat.. the back mud guard.. and the bike was spread with black oil.. pillion seat was vandalised with lipstick.. first time was at bugis carpark second was at neighbourhood carpark.. multi storey carpark doesn't seems to be safe..

CCTVs aren't necessarily the answer. They serve as a deterent, but if i wanted to steal parts and escape detection, i would observe the blind spots before i moved in. CCTVs can also be tampered or intentionally damaged without the hope of catching the culprits.
