Recommend Laptop bag

Hi everyone.. anyone has nice nice recommendation/suggestions for a laptop bag
.. and also the best place to buy it from??
One that can hold a 14" laptop with cushion, able to hold other things like water bottle and A4 size notes..
Preferably a sling bag type or haversack type.. dun wan too big or heavy... budget less than $100

most of frens buy $2 wan from Dialso...
I know that there's a shop at Shaw Bugis which sells all kinds of bags, including laptop bags. U might want to take a look over there. -
