how come when the parade commander says 'kekanan lulus' some people take dressing from the left?
why only 'pandan kelapan pandan' is given for the guard of honour but not the rest of the supporting contingents?
how come need 3 people to command the parade?
do they have any wireless mic to shout or they use their real voice to shout?
for the 3 gun salute, do they use real bullet to shoot or gun powder? -

Because they are the guards of honour.
All along there are 3 commanders in NDP parade. The Chief Commander (commanding all contingents), the GOH commander (for commanding the GOH) and a Warrant Officer (the rest of the contingents less the GOH).
Wireless mikes.
They used blanks. Nobody, in their right mind, would let the GOH use real bullets. -

the three commander's you're talking about is probably the parade commander, always a LTC, the number one GOH commander, always a major from the BCU, and the parade RSM, who is in-charge of the drill standards of the whole parade. what you don't see, or probably didn't notice is the colors party RSM, yes, there is another one specifically for the colors party.
also, the "pandan kehadapan, pandan" is for the guard of honor simply because the order to take dressing was issued specifically for them only. the supporting contingents already took dressing prior to their arrival, it's simply protocol that they are formed up before the guard of honor and colors party. if you notice, it's also part of the few commands actually issued by the parade RSM during the parade, and the only one he issues after the GOH comes in. the other commands he issues are to form the parade up for the arrival of the parade commander.
the "kekanan lulus" part is really just for show. they are normally trying to find the markers on the floor to get into as perfect a position as possible. nothing of actually taking dressing from the first man on the right...
they fire a different type of blanks from the type used in training. this one contains more gunpowder, and so produces a louder bang as well as has a lower chance of IA...
