I have been wanting to start the habit of waking up at 5.30 am every morning.
But till this day, I am still doing this:

i think sleeping is a waste of time..... but no choice... dun sleep go to work stone stone one.. wait boss ask mi question i cannot answer.. sighz
weekday usually 6hr.. weekend 1,2,3,4hrs depending on mood lor

my reveille timing is usually 5.10am but sgforums been always keep me up till 11pm or 12am. so that's 5, 6 hours of sleep for me.

wkday 7hrs is a must
wkend .. sleep till auto wake up ... usually afternoon liao .. if not whole day will like walking zombie -
ranges from 1 to 6hrs...

The more the merrier....i cannot stop my sleeping sickness.

if i have morning shifts, i usually have to make do with 2 1/2 to 3 1/2
otherwise, i can make do with 5...
once in a while, i will repay the sleep debt built up and sleep for about 12 to 14 hours

i am depriving myself from sleep i deserve.. only around 4 hours.. averagely.. sometimes dont sleep at all.. and sometimes i sleep for 10 hours max

8 hours on weekdays. 4-6 hours on weekends.

those who find hard to wake up...
get at least 3 alarm clocks. plant them in different area. set them at 10mins interval. alarm ring irritating even better, sure wake up... -
