they can get fine by cpf .... cpf very serious when , employer dont pay cpf ... just one email and about 10 missiles will be targetted to ur boss ass ... seriously cos i tried b4

The CPF people don't care lah. I have a friend who is owed 5-6 months of CPF, reported by they said, too bad lor.

I used to work for this small company that is very terrible one. The boss will pretend pretend not pay CPF. When I started work, the boss claimed to be too busy to settle the CPF paperwork for me. Then few days later, I received calls from CPF and came to realised that a bunch of staff that resigned before me logged a complaint to CPF. The worst thing is the boss kenna complaint already, still pretend pretend to give a wrong NRIC number of the staff. The CPF called me to ask me for the correct NRIC number. I called the staff for his number and the staff was kinda unhappy. He thought the ex boss was trying to be funny.
IF the employer, after complaint, still persists, he will have to go to court. -
