any1 know that collect $ for entering public toilet in ECP hawker center is control by govt.? I am a regular at that area, when the upgrade/renov. hawker center is ready the entry of the toilet is FOC. 2 months later, i saw a cleaner (wearing cleaning company uniform) start collecting $0.10 per entry. His ungainly movements make me suspicous that collecting $ is known? any1 know abt these?
There should be a box for you to put the money in. If there is a cleaner sitting at the entrance taking 10cents or 20cents from you, don't give it to him. Put in the box.
the box is make buy carton box...look flimsy.
at ecp, everywhere is toilet...
