any ways to make my hair grow FASTER?

  my friend showed me this.. i want to cut something like this.. layers perfectly done plus nice highlighting also.. i wont do the green perhaps some other color.. since i still need to attend school. but i still think that overall her hair looks fantastic as according to what she wrote, she won a competition.
