Awkward singaporeans during lunchtime

Do u see some awkardness in singaporean during lunch time, all rushing to eat and line up like schoolkids in hawker centres? Then sometime the hawker also rude because he cannot take stress too many rders. sometimes some people take very long to order food making the rest behind them wait.
Some clowns put tissue paper on seats to reserve for their friends. THen some pissed of because some homeless old ah pek come and wait near them till they finish their food to take scraps or ask them for money. All this sounds like a 3rd world country to me. Worst of all it is so noisy like hell -

Remember the Courtesy Campaign from 15 years ago? What does it say about a country when the government feels that it is necessary to encourage adults to act in ways that they should have known of when they were children?

The rnobel courtesy campaing is a victim byproduct of the resentment of singaporeans towards their brainwashing. They took it as brainwashing and rejected it as well. Sad.
