Who likes salmon?

  I love it
  
  The way the nutritious oils leaks out of the tender, pink flesh after it has been grilled in the oven with nothing but a few garlic slices. And the silky sensation of the texture coupled with the sweetness of the warm flesh in your mouth... aah..

  loved the swedish salmon.... so plentiful at sweden... not expensive too... test excellent raw or when baked in oven...

  swedish salmon meat texture is nicer

  i love salmon.
  
  when i eat sushi or sashimi, i only have salmon and sea urchin.
  
  i also like grilled or poached salmon.
  
  i also make smoked salmon sandwiches.

  raw you can realli taste the "sweetness" of the fish, if realli fresh.

  Yup yup..versatile fish.
  
  yesterday went buy a chunk of tuna from fish shop. Slice it n eat it raw..wah..nice nice.. but then i cooked noodles n throw the remaining slices in.... taste like crap. Like u said salmon taste nice regardless cooked or raw.

  Sea urchin? Those spiky things? I saw at Pak n Sav..about $4 each.. bt not sure how to eat. How do you eat? Split it open n suck it?

  tuna's only good when raw, while certain fish (like sardine) is only good when cooked.

  no eh..oni saw frozen one..if wan eat raw must be extremely fresh one! u tried raw beef? tried today at korean restaurant..first they mix an egg yolk among the beef 'strings'..n add some lemon..

  split wat? i buy from cold storage takashimaya, sushi/sashimi counter. just pop into your mouth with sake.
