Actually, if it's black pants with the white shirt tucked in, it can be very obvious too!
I've seen a few before. If they friends I feel comfortable with, I'll just quietly tell them, even if they are guys.
If they are strangers, whether I tell them or not depends on how fast they're walking, and whether it'll attract the crowd's attention if I were to actually stop the person and inform him/her.
Recently, one of our Medical Officers went around the ICU, forgetting to zip up. One colleague saw, and told another, who told another and before you knew it, we were a giggling heap! No one walked up to him to tell him because he wasn't exactly a nice, approachable person.

once i found a cute girl who forgot to zip, i walk up to her and tap her on her shoulder, "xiao jie, u forgot to zip. let me help u" i zip it up for her. she smiled and replied, "thanks, you're very helpful" and walks away.

hahax made me think of an incident tt i saw on the train last time. didnt involve a zip though
saw standing in the train, saw a woman in her 40s or 50s shoving a tissue into a lady's back pocket O.o. that tissue had belonged to the lady. was seriously wondering whats up with that woman ~_^
