Yes, I agree. And I have both Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is better than the previous ones in that you won't end the mission just because of a few alarms going off. The unrealistic part of Splinter Cell is that there are shadows everywhere you go. That's not to say that Metal Gear has unrealistic factors as well. It's just more fun, that's all.
