wat r the underpasses u walked thru b4 (besides those in orchard rd) ?
do u feel kinda scared if u r walking thru it at nite? or do u think underpasses r kinda fascinating?
n any bad or spooky or etc experiences to share? -
the one at marine parade is the most eerie.

With its obscure design, underpasses are less desirable than traffic junctions. Which is why the gahmen enjoys building lots of traffic junctions for the benefit of pedestrians but to the cost of road users.
This is a classic example of economic cost being borne by the taxpayer. You pay taxes and see it in the form of more unnecesary traffic junctions, more ERP gantries, more speed cameras etc
Irony can be ironic at times... -

Just think of the movie 'Irreversible' *shudders*. Okay before anybody asks, I didn't watch it, it's just that i know that there is a horrible scene that took place in the underpass.
