Recently was intro to Land Banking. No intention of investing as this is pretty new to me.
The land that they are selling is in Canada, which is said to have most oil after Saudi Arabia. Because of the plenty of resources there, investors see the opportunity of the state to develop into a commerical and industrial place in Canada.
Went with a friend to the presentation. Sounds attractive, but not familiar with this. So am taking with a pinch of salt at the moment.
Anybody heard of this? Care to input your view?
