  Nowadays ultrabright LED are used in torches. There are single keychains one, 3 leds/5/7/11/21 even 25 leds in a single torch !! Just check out ebay and you'll know !
  
  Besides these, there's a newer technology allowing for even brighter LEDs, and they are by Luxeon, and they come in 1W, 3W and 5W power ratings. A single 3W led is said to be brighter than 21 ultrabright leds ! Once again, check out EBAY for more of these stuff.
  
  in a way, LEDs are more energy efficient as compared to xenon and halogen lamps. The gahment knows this, and have long replaced traffic lights with LEDs.
  
  Anyway, a powerful torchlight is always helpful outfield when non-tacticality is allowed

  I got 3 Leds torch light... 2 with 9 Leds and 1 with 28 Leds... Now trying 2 see whether got stronger 1 or not....
