Doesn't your digital camera come with any bundled image-editing software?

the software that comes with your digital camera, the one that allows u to download photos from your camera, there should be an option within the software itself to resize the picture.

upload the image you want to share there. It will automatically resize your photo.
then share out the URL... -

easiest is to use paint la!!
who can find an easier way i treat u dinner
u slide show the pic full screen
then u print screen
go paint press alt-v
then u save as jpeg
tada!!
u`ll get desktop resolution size - 800x600 or 1024x768
and file size less than 50 kb
try it!

You can download a power tool for Windows XP from their site. The tool lets u select multiple photos, and resize them very quickly.
Thats what i use when i want to send photos taken from my cam to my friends thru the net. -

For simply resizing pictures, use PowerToys - Image Resizer from Microsoft!

After you install it, go to the picture you want to resize, right click and you'll see "Resize pictures".
