Ferrying prostitutes cross the causeway

a fren of mine am not sure whether will he get into trouble with the law.
Recently, he has been been ferrying prostitues (overseas gers whose passport is expiring) across the causeway do a roundabout in JB and back to spore. Purpose is to renew or lengthen their stay in Spore.
is it legal to do so? -

Not only for pros even for legal profession like programmer some companies do the same too. Why? Spore cannot find enuff talented programmers so go engage ppl from Bulgaria leh cuz it is a niche software they are supplying

just like, if they take bus,
the bus driver isnt commiting a crime either -
erm ask him say he didn't know anything about it but then hor i doubt its an offence to renew the passport this way. nothign wrong with ferrying prostitutes also

I am toking a product specific software with proprietary control on the software source code which they are reluctant to release scared wait rice bowl break company close shop hahahaha....... -
