Some people can never be good friends?

Do you believe that some people you know can only be hi,bye friends?
No matter what,just cannot click with them and thus can never be good friends?
To a large extent,I think this is the case.
Then see them on say the bus quite awkward right? Have to pretend never see...I am sure some of them did that to me.Anyway,sama sama la. -
