RIAA should get some of the blame for the horrendously overpriced CDs(It costs much more to manufacture a cassette tape than to press a CD but we're paying 3 to 4 times what we used to pay for tapes.). And there's so much bad music out there most cds have at best 1 or 2 decent songs.![]()
Price per song is too expensive and sound quality is not very good.Originally posted by kingofbeholder:i disagree wif you
dont you know nowaday can buy that one or two decent songs online?
Actually you can transfer the songs bought online to an mp3 player or other pc, not directly but indirectly. You have to burn the songs to a CD, i.e. create a music CD (not a data CD) that can be played in a normal CD player. From there, you rip the song from the CD back to mp3. This is how I transfer the songs I bought online to my mp3 player.Originally posted by SMAPLionHeart:Furthermore , must use credit card.
Not only that , the song will cannot be transferred to mp3 player.
Only for licensed for 1 computer.
And the amount of songs is limited .
Some songs don't get sold in CD(s) in singapore.
Like japanese artiste , Ryota Mitsunaga.
sounds like a good idea for hacker to do so.Originally posted by macjoe:There will come a day when hackers hijack other users' computer planting
a spyware to store and distribute mp3 songs, etc. The one who gets
arrested and prosecuted is the user, not the hacker.![]()
