Hey, can any1 help me to ans a few qns..
How much does it cost to call from here(SG) to Austrailia by handphone? What's the rate of charge/ second?
..and how much it cost to call using house phone..? I also wanna know the rate of charge / second
Lastly.. can use prepaid cards and call to Austrailia? does it works and is it cheaper?
My handphone line is M1 btw.. if it makes a difference for different line.. -
get one of those overseas calling cards .... else your hp bills will make you poor

ermmm ..... will have to wait till i call my folks ... you see ... firstly i'm in canada, not Oz ... what i recommend you do it to frequent those 7-11 or convenience store where a lot of foreign workers frequent and ask around .... different cards will give u different rates per minute .... after a few you'll know which one is the best value ....

If I'm not wrong, there are 2 rates when calling to a fixed and mobile line to australia respectively. Call mobile damn bo hua.

$20 dollar card will give you several hours of calling time. It's much cheaper than calling long distance on your normal phone and you won't overspend because $20 dollars is all you have. Check the rates at the place you're buying it from.
Long distance card i mean not your M1 line. Use a fix line. It won't show up as a long distance call because you're actually calling to a local line that will transfer the call. -

It's not a card - it's an additional service added to your landline or mobile phone account (specified in your 1511 account), and you can pay by credit card on a monthly basis (that's what I use and I don't know if there are any other payment methods). oh ya.. and what are the steps for using the card? i don't understand as well..
