The question is, if you have voted Wei Lian in this week superstar, what is the reason?
My reason is
he performs more consistently. -
He is different, be it handicapped, talent or watever. He stands out, u hav to admit -
because...he's a very good singer...and i can never, even in my wildest dreams sound like anything even close to that...

His slow songs, which is his genre, did touch me. And the showbiz is always about marketing. They are selling a singer, squeezing everything they can from him rather than focusing on his or her talent.
With Weilian, they won't have much for them to manipulate, unless if they want to play with sympathy? Cause what he can really offer, is really his nice and consistent vocal.
We all know that this showbiz is all about the looks, the marketing and the packaging. For once, I hope Weilian can remind us that being a singer, is really about SINGING, not anything else.
He has a point to proof, a dream to fulfil.

wei lian's voice got an alluring factor in it... it's like once you hear it, you want to continue to listen to his songs...

i didn't vote. but i admire his courage to step out follow his dream, even more so considering he is visually handicapped. don't sympathise him, support him.

superstar should NOT be shown on TV then...
get it on any radio station since looks and stage performance are not the grading criteria... -
