Meeting Pals - Online vs face to face

  Well, I've just discovered that there are just some type of friends that you wanna keep online and only online.
  
  Somehow, there's some friends that I can chat till the cows come home online but not when I meet them face to face. Ok, call me autistic maybe, I love to live in my own world. When I'm online, if I don't like to talk, I just go into hiding (read: 'invisibise' myself) or simply block that fellow from my msn/icq. I can chat...go away for a while, come back do other things and see if I wanna continue the online conversation. It's easy to 'siam' people.
  
  I can't do that when I'm meeting friends face to face. I can't be rude ya? No matter how boring the meeting gets, we just had to force a smile and try to get going.
  
  Hmm...that's the wonder of the net world.. I can't imagine a day without it.

  i also dun meet people online. if they're guys.. it's cos of safety reasons. if they're girls, it's more so for safety reasons...

  Meeting people from the internet for me can be nerve-whacking because you never know what kind of person they are in reality. They may be nice and friendly online but meet up, they could be different from what you think or vice versa. However, if there are chances for meet up with new people, I will not hesitate . The more friends you know, the better it is .

  I met my online friends...unless of cos if they live diff part of the world.
