Yes it is gramatically and semantically correct. Retarded Moron is actually quite a linguistic genius, really. You can see from all his posts and his chosen nickname, from the linguistic aspect. 'I was met with an accident' is a high-level English usage. Only a select few of non-native English speakers will understand and use this type of phrase. He was not using Singlish or Pidgin English at all.
