for a broadband account that was never activated...
i was thinking...
should i call telstra and inform them they made a mistake...?
or...
just pay the 1 cent...?

Telstra helpline is such a hassle, they get a robot to talk to you, worse still, you have to talk back to it so they can process your enquiry. It's just their way of serving you better.
