Hi, anyone here knows if doing an honors thesis in your final year will increase your marketability in terms of employment?..cause i heard potential employees will interview you based on your research interests. This means u might be disadvantaged as compared to your peers if you do not do a thesis but just by graduating with honors.

Not sure what you're asking - if the thesis is part of the course structure, why would there be an issue about not doing it?

honours year usu. requires you to do a thesis, no?

can choose either thesis or level 4000/5000 modules, which means u go for lessons, take exams.....

don't matter what you do .. its how you convince your future employer that matters
