How to play WMV files faster?

  Hi people,
  
  I am using pentium 3 550 CPU with SD ram 192. I tried to play some files like VMW, Mpeg etc by using Window media player. The Video is so lagging while playing. Is it that I have to download codec or my computer is too slow? Please advise. Thanks

  It would really help if you didn't play it from your sd ram.

  Don't run it from the sd ram loh. Copy it over to your comp, then run.
