how to make it whiter

  my pc set becomes yellowish over years of usage..
  i wanna make it whiter..
  i tried using CIF, and it doesnt work.
  it still remained as yellow
  
  i tried using the turpentine.. it helps to lighten the yellow .. but it's still yellowish!
  
  does anyone knows how to make it white again?
  *sigh*
  
  the pc set is so ugly.. so yellow. looks dirty.

  the yellowing is due to oxidation of the
  paint film due to lack of ultra violet exposure
  
  u can't remove it as it is inherent throughout
  the paint film
  
  if u put it out in the sun it will become slighly whiter
  but yr neighbours will think u are "sumtink wrong'

  Use acetone... but be carefule dun get inside ur PC!! If nt... Congrats! Cause Acetone a damn strong solvent!!

  it means time to change a pc.. or at least get your self a new casing incidentally, i have a casing. if you wanna buy hor can get it from me wahahaha ^_^

  lucky my set is blank. got no such problem.

  i just suddenly realised it's so yellow.. and looks so old.. but it's still in good working condition..
  i thot it would look so much cleaner and nicer if i could get it back to its original colour..

  Magic sponge shd do the job. Make sure you wet the sponge thoroughly first, or it'll break.

  buy a black pc the best ... dont use a very wet clothe to wipe pc .... will turn yr pc yellowish faster

  yup, try magic sponge or paint it over, i.e. take out the casing, then use spray paint etc...
  
  best, buy a new casing. Casing nowadays are cheap, even $20 can get you a good new one..
  
  advise, dun use turpentine, or kerosene or alcohol or acetone etc...its bad.

  when i see my computer case turn yellow, i have a sense of satisfaction.
  because i know my pc have served my well throughout all the years.
