any cheap good ear/headphones

looking for those consumer types not too ex but sound is clear with high treble and not too much bass blurring the sound. Bass shoulld be concntrated more on the indidual sounds and not just mid bass. any recommndations?

I used to have a pair of Senheiser mx-400s. Cheap and imo good. About S$20 i think. I did not know what good value it was until i recently bought a new pair of Phillips headphones. They cost me abt 15 GBP, and they are simply terrible. These phillips would probably retail for about S$30.
