is starhub cable getting slower

Do u guys have problems with the speed? recently it has been super slow..worst then 56 k modem? any one facing the same problems?

1. HFC MAC ID (found at the barcode sticker on the cable modem) :
2. Cable modem light status :
3. When did the problem start and what time the problem would occur
most likely:
4. Operating system (OS version / Service Pack):
5. Can the problem be resolved when PC directly connected to cable
modem (bypass router):
6. Adapter physical address (Refer to attachment: Physical
Address.txt) :
7. Firewall, anti-virus, peer-to-peer software running in your PC.
(Please include vendor and version) :
8. Current IP address and the IP address after renewing (Refer to
attachment Renew.txt):
9. Total download speed (Refer to attachment: Download.txt) :
10. Ping statistic for problematic server (100 packets sent) (Refer
to attachment: Ping.txt) :
11. Have you done any tweaking to the Registry:
12. Does the problem persist when using another PC:
13. Port number and IP address of the site/server that is having lag
:
14. Test account userID and password (if any) :
15. Server admin's contact number or email :
16. Traceroute and pathping to the site which is having lag (Refer to
attachment: Traceroute.txt) : -

my connection seems perfectly fine.

i mean some pictures download is like gotta wait 7 secs before it even loads the page ....strange ...mime is MOL 6500

i got a half a dozen of spyware detectors and removers...
will scan it thru...but extremely doubtful...
the only thing i presently have that barely qualifires as adware is flashget. -

I just did a complete deep scan using ad-aware,mcafee spware and anti-virus, plus spyware doctor and i just got spyware blaster to protect...all updated one, plus ms antispyware somemore. then got firewall too. nothing!!!except for the flashget.
Then when i get into sggirls...first thing isee is

errr...in fact ALL of the pictures when i download got show the "server busy " message!!!! No malware is power enuf to do that w/o being detected....
