Many people said that they can die but cannot afford to get sick in Singapore? True?

Possibly true. If the sickness is severe and require hospitalization and all that stuff, the medical bills will be enough to KILL you if the disease doesn't. Hahaha!
Tats why they got so many medical plans to help you. Don't forget to buy insurance too 
Btw, if you decide that it'll be too much hassle to pay for your medical bills and you don't think you can be cured and so want to commit suicide, don't do it. Cos if your suicide attempts fail, you'll be charged in court instead.

Yes! Imagine u contracted cancer/kidney problem, and the money u need to pay for theraphy or dialysis etc.. sick already still have to worry about the medical bills... better off dead.
