well, they will say something like silkair stewardess doesnt require a degree to fly..try sq at least they set a min educational level and the perks is that you get to see and travel around the world whereas for silkair u just do turn arounds....dun even get to step the greens of foreign land.... in addition sia flight attendant are given more allowances...in turn leads to a higher pay....
