standard of yamaha singapore

  hey, anybody here study yamaha in singapore before? If so, wat course/s did u take? High standards? How u find the standard? As good as Lasalle and Nafa? Or even beter? Thanks, a research for my schoolpapers work

  I got go for courses at yamaha b4, theory-wise I dare to say I know MORE THAN what my teacher know.

  to tell you the truth, most teachers cum players out there only know the practical stuff....meaning the playing part.

  i spoke to a friend today. He say Lasalle is better than yamaha. Maybe the chiobu there more?

  Ok, I had been with Yamaha from Nursery to Primary 6(Learnt Arts & Craft there).
  
  All I can say is everyday like do the same thing. Use crayons use crayons wtf. Machiam no syllabus like that. Until the change of teacher, when things became better I started to do Shading, Oil Painting, Chalk, Water Colour.
  
  I also learnt the Electone Organ there. I think I was with Yahama on that from Primary 1 to Sec 2.
  
  Electone is still okay, but I only started learning Music Theory(Failed Grade 2 don't laugh) in Sec 1.
  
  Imo, Yahama is ok. But maybe the school fees are too expensive for their standard of teaching.
