I need to know how u guys manage the culture shock when u first came to sg.

at where im working, it's a mini United Nations.....
u have to attach the foreigner to a singaporean "buddy" or upper-study
and the buddy will have to be responsible of introducing him to everyone else in the office, teaching him wat he needs to know, bringing him ard, introduce the cultures and habits.....
