  A good start for an informative and discussion site.
  
  The encyclopedia outline style you use is definitly not internet surfer-friendly for hasty online surfer.
  How about also setting up a small mindmapping window on the side so that anyone can know where exactly they are and where to go from there

  Wikipedia can be good source of information, although the content is built by the visitors and contributors. You may want to cross check the information with other sources as well.
  
  Personally, I also use a lot of Google for references.

  Thats why we need people to come along and contribute or correct things which they can verify are erroneous. I happen to be a regular contributor there lah, and I just wished more people from Singapore can step forward and help to start of expand on articles as varied as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getai and the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certificate of Entitlement!
