Complaints abt PRUDENTIAL agents

As mentioned, what is the ways/method to get the complaints across to Prudential? I tried surfing their website but nothing abt complaint section
This particular agent is simply too CMI. To the extend of slaming down my phonecalls!! wtf?!! -

Ever got one insurance agent stopped me at JE MRT stn and started talking to me abt savings plans. We talked for 20 mins he din want to let me go...still asked me how much savings I have, my address, my hp etc.. lol.. me not so stupid to tell him.
recently a prudential insurance agents say wana order 20 boxes of mooncakes from me.. and then??? DISAPPEARS.

Yah i tried surfing their webby... but no use de leh... they dun even have a column for customer service/feedback kinda thingy... -

most companies will take hard copy letters more seriously.

they oso block my way when i was walking from mrt to bus interchange
tell me only take me 1 min for a survey
ask this ask tt
when i keep saying i no money, no money, no money then he let me off
next day at the same place, someone else run up to me....
before he say anything, i say, ur colleague tok to me oredi, i know wat u are going to say....
then i walk away
got once at another bus interchange, got this guy oso come up to me, smiling....hello....good evening...how are you?
i just say 'harlow, im from AIA!!! nice to meet u!"
then he roll eyes, then he say "ok, have a nice day" -
they're also trying to earn a living
So:
(a) if you have time, listen and if not interested, politely but firmly decline.
(b) Just smile and say not interested.
(c) if they block you and use aggressive tactics, just smile and say you are using criminal means to obstruct me and i can sue your pants off
(d) avoid like plague
(e) if you kanna ambushed too many times, make an OBVIOUS detour -
Complaint to GIA. Wonder is they handle such complaints. Or go to CASE see if they can assist you. If not write in ST Forum, they sure to reply.
