ya lah.......this kind of case simply shows me how despicable some animals can be. scary, right? on the surface, they build rapport with everyone, is courteous and friendly, always say "hi" etc.....but.......to save themselves, they use all the worse things.

Exactly, now how do I get this animal sack? He screwed up another major account and attempt to make me a scapegoat. Management knows about this and orders him to follow up.
