NKF may get away

Dear friends,
I am wondering why hasn't the Courts in Singapore summon Mr. Durai and his gang of conspirators to face charges for giving false evidence in which 2 members of the public has been wrongly sued for defaming Mr. Durai.
In the entire NKF saga, no attention is paid to the system of our Courts at all. Does it truly believe in its autonomy. Does it serve the interest of the public or is everything in Singapore created to serve the elites? Bear in mind that if proceedings were to be initiated by the courts to have Mr. Durai answer to those charges, it could either be convicted or his name will be cleared. Now if Mr. Durai's daughter has written to the prime minister to clear his father's name, I think her wishes should be respected. The only avenue will be to have the courts to decide. Unless there is something really fishy going on.
