a friend of mine brought a 5 room new flat at mcnair rd..a whopping 297k !! only 4th floor..
what's the cost of building a flat..???? -

HDB flats are for rent only leh, you pay a whooping sum to rent a flat.
"own" is to make it sound nicer only.

he has been scouring estates like unwanted jurong west whic cost 200k for a design & build 5 room flat.. a 167k 5 room at ulu CCK..where no body wants..
i wonder how they derive the cost..
in the end he chose mcnair cos near to his parents, got kids next time easier to manage
