In the first place,what is your definition of crime here?
All kinda crimes or hardcore crimes like murdering,kidnapping.
If u are referring to all kinda crime,u expect the paper to publish all sorta petty crime like pickpocketing,shoplifting stuff? Newspaper too boliao ah?Of course they only publish those promiment crimes.
Anyway if u are referring to all sorta crime,our crime rate may not be lower than other countries if u are referring to crime per population amount
But if u are referring to hardcore crimes,singapore definitely has a lower crime rate than compared to other countries -

Are you sure that there's low crime rate, or izzit made to look like the crimerate is low.
Does low crimerate means its good or izzit surpress and waiting for the recoil.
Compare it our size and population? of course low?
