  How come the black resin so easily get dirty one?
  how to clean? warranty and service guide got cover anot?

  I used to own 6 chiong ones, they were so genuine, the refills had engravings on them and yeah the pens have serial numbers too. But I gave them away, coz I already have a schaeffer.
